The vitamin D supports the body's assimilation of these important minerals. Adequate calcium and vitamin D throughout life, as part of a well- balanced diet and physical activity, may reduce the risk of osteo- porosis in later life.
3 capsules twice daily.
Gelatin (capsule), dicalcium calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, and silica.
