Description

Product description: SparkFun MicroMod - SAMD51 - DEV-16791

SparkFunMicroMod module based onSAMD51microcontroller, known fromArduinoboards. ATSAMD51J20 uses 32-bitARM Cortex-M4processor with FPU (Floating Point Unit - arithmetic coprocessor) clocked up to 120 MHz, 1 MB flash memory, 256 kB SRAM with ECC, up to 6 SERCOM interfaces. MicroMod SAMD51 has the same bootloader UF2 as SAMD51 Thing Plus andRedBoard Turbo. The board features a standardMicroMod M.2connector that mounts into a MicroMod expansion board slot and is secured with a screw included with the MicroMod expansion board. SAMD51 is one of the most powerful microcontrollers, so it can be used even in more advanced projects. MicroMod is a modular interface in the form of modules with microcontrollers that can be easily interchanged in MicroMod M.2 interface motherboards. Modules can be easily swapped if a different communication interface is needed for a given project.
