The knives collection SENZO BLACK is distinguished at first glance by its characteristic octagonal handle made of pakkawood. At the very base of the blade there is a black ring, separated from the lighter wood by a white ring. On the one hand, the octagonal shape refers to Japanese traditions (the octagon is very important in the culture of the Land of the Rising Sun), and on the other hand, it makes the knife fit securely in the cook's hand, favoring quick, precise movements of cutting, chopping and grinding products.
