Swanson Ultra Probiotic for Seniors is specially formulated with a blend of 5 select strains of probiotics including Bifidobacterium lactis UABla-12™, a trademarked strain clinically studied for its beneficial effects on an aging intestinal microflora and immune system, and Bifidobacterium bifidum UABb-10™, one of the "first colonizers of the human gut" which supports intestinal health. Combined with L. acidophilus UALa-01™, L. casei and trademarked L. rhamnosus GG, these strains protect and support your GI system. The product packs 30 billion CFU in each two-capsule serving, along with the prebiotic nutrition of FOS to nourish the probiotics and help them thrive.
As a dietary supplement, take two veggie capsules per day with water.
