Sweet Potato

(Boniato or Cuban Sweet Potato) Light brown in color, yet darker than the Yuca. Boniato has been savored in the Caribbean for centuries.

Batata

(a distinct variety of the Ipomoea Batatas) A glorious late-summer orange.

Parsnip 

A member of the same family as carrots, fennel, parsley, celery, celeriac and chervil.

Kettle Potato 

Potatoes were first cultivated by the Incas thousands of years ago. At TERRA® we use potato varieties like Atlantic and Snowden to make the perfect crisp and delicious kettle chips.

Ruby Dipped Vegetables

Perhaps the most dramatic, these TERRA® chips are kissed with beet juice, resulting in their distinctive autumn red color.
