Savory and sweet with a touch of lemon, this is a great rub for pork ribs, pork butt, steak, and chicken. 



Suggested use

For larger cuts of meat like ribs or shoulder, season generously and rub the blend into the meat and let rest for at least 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight before cooking.



Other ingredients

Hudson valley salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), spices, dried onion & garlic, paprika, brown sugar, not more than 2%: Citrus oil, vegetable fiber to prevent caking.
