Description
This set can be used for training of explosive accelerations (such as sprint training). The set consists of 2 waist belts (one size fi ts all) with comfortable padding that protects the user. One of the belts is used by the trainer (but the resistance band can also be connected to the wall). Because of the long length, the stretching difference is big and ideal for training build-up.
