Its core is made of 38mm Eva Hypersoft medium hardness and is laminated with 3 layers of plain fiberglass fabric, impregnated in Varlion´s exclusive VAR-FLEX epoxy resin for maximum elasticity and resistance, and covered by a layer of dioxide titanium. Designed with Hexagon frame to make it more resistant and rigid. Lethal Weapon and Hexagon frame are brands and utility models registered in the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, and therefore exclusively owned and used by Varlion.
