Adults: Take one (1) fast dissolve tablet 30 minutes before bed time. To assess tolerance, start with half tablet. Do not exceed recommended dose of 1 tablet per day.
Micro crystalline cellulose, natural berry flavor, dextrose, mannitol, sucralose, bilberry extract, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium.
