Begin with half the suggested amount, and gradually increase to the suggested daily amount. Amounts can be split between AM and PM.

Coconut glycerin, flaxseed, garbanzo flour, mixed tocopherols, natural flavors (from oregano, flaxseed and plums), natural vegetable flavoring, palm fruit oil, papaya, pea flour, pumpkin, rosemary extract, sunflower lecithin, tapioca flour.
