Alessi Sun Dried Tomatoes are made from tomatoes handpicked from the vines when they are juicy, red, and fragrantly ripe. They are then split in half, salted, and laid on large wooden flats to dry in the sun. Packed in extra virgin olive oil, Alessi Sun Dried Tomatoes are a welcomed addition to many foods. They have a high concentrated flavor, which means a little goes a long way.
Suggested use
Refrigerate after opening. Oil may congeal in refrigerator but will not affect the quality of the product.

Sun dried tomatoes, olive oil, salt, glucose, ascorbic acid, citric acid, sulphur dioxide (as a preservative to retain color), potassium sorbate.
