Product description: Laser distance sensor Lidar TF02 Pro IP65 - 40 m - UART/I2C

Laserdistancesensor measuring from 0.1 mto 40 m with an accuracy of 0.05 m. The supply voltage is between 5 V and 12 V. The device communicates through the UARTand I2Cinterfaces.Theemitted light wavelength is 850 nm. The module is resistant to corrosion, pollution and ambient light and has a housing with IP65 protection class.

The sensor can operate at a brightness of100,000 luxwithout affecting temperature, humidity, light, electronics or airflow. Scanning frequency is up to100 Hz, allowing real-time distance detection with a refresh rate of 100 times/sec for more accurate data.

Better performance and robust housing

The object detection range of the TF02Prois between 0.1m and 40 m,the measuring error range is only 10 cm. The maximum frequency supported by the sensor is1000 Hz. An optimised and improved algorithm makes it more accurate. The whole thing is encapsulated in a housing withIP65protection class. The small, hard housing is also resistant to sunlight.

Based on the ToF (Time of Flight) principle, it can operate outdoors in 100 k lux. Thanks to a special optical system and algorithm, the product is resistant to interference from ambient light, airflow and electrons, which ensures high data accuracy.
