Ultimate Dryland Cords are made with high quality stretch cords with interchangeable foam handle and ankle strap.
Training out of the water is an ideal complement to improve stroke resistant and technique for both beginners and advanced swimmers.
Thanks to the possibility to use handle or ankle strap, the swimmer can perform endless training possibilities out of the water to improve upper and lower body strength and elasticity.
WARNING:Ultimate Dryland Cords should only be used with adult supervision.
The elastic should not be stretched more than triple the original length, so as not to exceed the resistance limit of the cords.
Keep the elastic away from the face and never release it while it is under tension.
It should not be stretched in a place where it can hit other people.
Do not use if elastic is cracked, torn or damaged in any way.
