The 811 is the new CGM model designed for the downhill skiers that are ready to overcome their limits both on and out-of-the track. The experience with the engineering of the motorcycle helmets allowed the team to transmit the acquired knowledge into a new Ski helmet model, realized with innovative features, made in two measures of shell so to adapt on each skiers the best comfort and safety. The all-Italian design allowed to make a light and safe helmet, thanks to the IN-MOULD technology, the helmet is made in a very thin layer of PC, which is imprinted on the EPS, so to increase the lightness by maintaining the performance and safety of the helmet in any weather condition and on each track. The 16-zone Air Stream System ventilation, partially resealable, is designed to maintain a stable air flow for the user, and an ideal inner temperature during the downhill. The helmet is also designed to make smoother the use of ski goggles, thanks to the rear goggle loop and a recess area located at the sides of the shell, ideated to accommodate the strap of the goggle. The warm and soft inner linings are micro adjustable through the Ring Fit System. The inner linings, the cheek pads and the chin strap are realized in hypoallergenic fabric, and they’re completely removable and washable. Features: In-mold Technology: - Inside the In-mold Technology helmets, the outer shell is soldered directly with the inner EPS structure, forming a single piece. This technology allows to maintain the outer shell very slim, because it’s in-built with the EPS, offering a great weight reduction. Air Stream System: - This helmet is equipped with front air vents which allows the fresh air inlet that, passing through the proper ducting in the inner shell, arrives to the rider, helping to keep fresh and oxygenated the inside of the helmet. The Air Stream System ventilation is made by two front air vents, inner shell air ducts and rear extractors. The fresh air comes in from the front air vents of the helmet and, through the specific channeling of the inner shell, arrives to the skier. The air recycle is generated by exploiting the movement, which produce a negative pressure, which push the inner hot air towards the rear part of the helmet, from which comes out through the rear air extractors. In this way, the skier benefits from a constant air recycle inside the helmet, which always guarantees a comfortable temperature. Ring Fit System: - The Ring Fit System is an advanced and light size adjuster, for a personalized wearability. A notched ring, placed on the rear side of the helmet, allows to loosen, or tighten the regulation structure adapting the fitting of the helmet to the head circumference, by rotating it clockwise or counterclockwise. The system allows an efficient micro regulation for an optimal fitting comfort. Inner Lining With Soft Fabric: - These inner lining are realised with fabric extremely soft at contact with skin, for a total comfort in every drive condition. Lateral Release Buckle: - The side release buckle is a plastic interlocking clip that allows to fasten or unfasten the strap. The buckle has rounded edges and a slight curvature that allows the single-hand functioning. Prepared For Mask: - The design of the outer shell includes a specific design that creates a special accommodation for the strap of the goggle, perfectly integrated with the shapes of the helmet. Two Sizes Of Outer Shell: - Realizing models in different measures of outer shell allows to offer an optimal wearability and fitting for all the sizes. The reduced size shell is useful to cover the smallest sizes, vice versa, the greater shell size allows to cover the biggest sizes. A shell, specifically realized for certain sizes, allows to avoid an excessive bulk of the wore helmet. Antiscratch Painting: - Each helmet of ours is carefully treated to obtain the desired finishing. The shell, after having been smoothed, is painted with various layers of colour and then coated with the antiscratch transparent painting. Removable Inner Lining: - The removable inner lining are fixed to the inner shell with fasteners, mechanisms in hard plastic or velcro, they can be washed with mild soap. Removable Cheek Pads: - The removable cheek pads are fixed to the inner shell with fasteners, mechanisms in hard plastic or velcro, they can be washed with mild soap. The side cheek pads are fixed to the helmet through a snap-on mechanism inside the shell, and hooked to the strap through an elastic band, they’re easily removable, so to let the helmet cooler during the hot days. Removable Chin Protector: - Chin protector easily removable. It is needed to protect the neck skin to avoid the contact with the chin strap. Goggle Loop: - Rear goggle loop: useful to fasten the goggles strap to the helmet in practical and safe way. Elastic Strap Loop: - Elasticated fabric loop that allows you to lock the excess strap in the folded position. Goggles Prepared: - The helmet is designed to let the use of the skis’ goggles easier, thanks to the rear goggle loop, easy to open thanks to its automatic button, and to a recess area placed along the sides of the shell, which is designed to host the strap of the goggle. Extrasoft Linings: - The linings of the 811 PRIMO, totally removable and washable, are realized in extremely soft-on-skin fabrics, for a total comfort in any condition, and interspersed with a net fabric to allow the airflow when the aeration of the helmet is active.
