Micromis Power Shield is an innovative overlay designed to expand the capabilities of the Micromis Base V1 platform. This extremely functional overlay offers exceptional flexibility in powering both the platform and connected devices, enabling the use of alternating and direct current for voltages from 7 V to 35 V. It has an easily accessible 5.5 mm / 2.5 mm DC power connector and LEDs indicating active channels. The shield uses optocouplers to isolate the control, minimizing the risk of interference and protecting the user and components from potential surges . There are two relays on the board that users can use to control devices powered by up to 240 V AC or 100 V DC.
