Description
7-piece set of knives in a block by KINGHOFF. Designed for portioning meat and fish, cutting bread, and peeling and chopping vegetables. Knives made of high-quality Ferrinox 18/10 stainless steel with high carbon content 1.4028/X30Cr13. An important feature of this steel is the fact that it is resistant to all types of scratches and scuffs, and is characterized by increased resistance to abrasion and corrosion. The blade is made of chrome-molybdenum steel, exceptionally hard, resistant to deformation, susceptible to sharpening. The knife was made according to traditional art from one piece of steel. The transition between the blade and the handle is seamless. The handles are ergonomically molded and allow for a secure, non-slip grip.
