A juicer is a device intended for obtaining pasteurized juices from various types of fruit.

The juicer consists of four main parts:

- 4.5L water container 26 x 11cm, wall thickness 0.5mm
- juice container 2.5L 26 x 16cm, wall thickness 0.6mm
- fruit container 8.0L 26 x 16cm, wall thickness 0.5mm
- glass cover 4mm.

In addition, the juicer includes a drain tube, a silicone hose and a Mohre's squeezer. Each container is equipped with handles.
The water container is the base of the juicer. It has an appropriately shaped side surface at the top, which allows you to position the juice container.
The juice container has a hole in the middle of the bottom in which a section of the so-called pipe is permanently mounted. "fireplace".
In the lower part of the container's side there is a drain pipe embedded in a rubber seal and finished with a squeezer.
There is a fruit container mounted on the edge of the container's side. The side and bottom of the fruit container have small symmetrical holes.
The whole thing is covered with a glass cover.

Obtaining juice:

-fill the water container with water dc to the height of 2/3.
-put the juice container on, hang the drain tube by the handle of the squeezer on the container handle,
-pour the washed fruit loosely into the fruit container, filling it up. appropriate amount of sugar,
-put the cover on.

Place the prepared juicer on a gas, electric or coal stove and heat it for a specified time depending on the type of fruit used. Until it boils, apply as much heat as possible.
The heat supply should be reduced from the moment steam clouds appear. When the juice stops flowing from the fruit, drain the juice from the substituted fruit,
sterilized bottles by releasing the squeezer, and after filling the bottles, tighten the hose again.
The juicer can be used on all types of stoves and cleaned in dishwashers.
