The MGO (methylglyoxal) level in Manuka Honey is derived from DHA (dihydroxyacetone) which is naturally present in the nectar of the Manuka Bush.
Giving yourself a morning boost to kick start your day couldn't be simpler. Drop a tablet into a glass of water and leave it to dissolve, stirring occasionally if needed. Take one tablet per day just after breakfast. Do not exceed this recommended daily dose.
