- Dynamic exercises with a Slam Ball, which does not bounce after hitting the floor, remaining in place, are widely used in CrossFit training and in the training of athletes for whom speed of movement is an important parameter. High use of balls in this type of training requires them to be above-average durability, which is guaranteed by the materials used in the tiguar Slam Ball. The stability of the ball is guaranteed by filling them with sand weighing from 4 kg to 12 kg and a mixture of sand and cast iron sand (weighing 15 kg).
- The comfort of slam exercises is influenced by the structure of the outer surface of the ball, which must ensure a firm grip and prevent it from slipping out of the hands. Therefore, its shell has honeycomb-shaped protrusions.
