1. After shampoo, towel dry hair. Gather all hair towards the top of your head and wear hair cap (make sur the sticker faces towards your forehead).

2. Remove the film from the sticker, and fix it to tighten up the cap around the head.

3. Gently massage your hair to help enhance absorption of nourishment.

4. Remove hair cap after 10-15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
