Re.cosmic is an eco-sustainable down jacket to wear during winter excursions in the mountains or on the coldest days in the city. The duvet is made with recycled fabrics that come from discarded garments and production offcuts; the padding, soft and warm, is instead made of polyester from recycled plastic bottles. The water repellency of the external fabric is obtained through a Pfc-free finishing during which chemical substances containing fluorocarbons, harmful to humans and the environment, are not used. Finally, the eco-sustainability of the garment is guaranteed and demonstrated by blockchain technology : using a dedicated app it is possible to scan the QR code printed inside the quilt and from here discover the entire production chain.
