Designed for everyday wear and moderate athletic activities, these shoes are perfect for running, walking, exercise, casual wear, traveling, going out, special occasions, and work. They feature a traditional lace and tie design, providing a secure fit. The arch supports in these shoes are excellent, offering superior comfort. Although the insole is not removable, these shoes are extremely comfortable even without socks. Please note that they are not waterproof and should be cleaned with a damp cloth. They run true to athletic sizing and weigh around 7 to 11 oz. per shoe depending on the size. The D'Lux Ultra shoes have a roomier fit at the toe and forefoot, making them suitable for those looking for a wide toe box. While they are not specifically designed as diabetic shoes, customers have found them to be soft, well-cushioned, and supportive for comfortable walking.
