With the SUNCRAFT Handy sharpener you can sharpen your knives safely and quickly. Thanks to this, the knives remain in good condition for a long time. Using the sharpener is very simple and intuitive. It has three sharpening grooves with rods of different gradations installed inside: coarse, medium, fine.

Left groove - diamond rod (rough sharpening of very damaged blades)

Central groove - carbide rod (sharpening medium-sharp knives)

Right groove - ceramic rod (accurate and precise sharpening)

1. Hold the sharpener firmly by the handle and place it firmly on a flat surface.

2. Use the left-hand sharpening groove (diamond bar) to pre-sharpen knives that are very dull or have a damaged cutting edge.

3. Use the center sharpening groove (carbide rod) to substantially sharpen knives whose cutting edges have become dull through standard use.

4. Use the right-hand sharpening groove (ceramic rod) to give the blade its final sharpness or to systematically sharpen the cutting edges of knives.

5. Drag the knife along the sharpening grooves using not too much pressure. Each time, just drag the knife 5-6 times to get the desired effect.

6. Use the right-hand sharpening flute (ceramic rod) to give final sharpness to the cutting edge, each time you have used the other sharpening flutes.

The sharpener is dedicated to double-sided knives (not suitable for single-sided knives and knives with serrated edges).
