Punctures are a fact of life, but the Air-Liner MTB prevents a mid-race puncture from imposing an insurmountable time penalty, an automatic abandonment or a bike walk to transition.
The Air-Liner´s high-density structure keeps the tyre roadworthy for up to an hour after a puncture, enough time to get you through a stage or back to the trailhead quickly.
Your ambitions don´t have to go flat just because your tyre did.
The Air-Liner is not only an emergency puncture solution, it also helps prevent punctures by preventing rim blowouts.
As it compresses, the polymeric material rises like a shock.
Trail noise is muted, roots are softened and large bumps and square edges of rock gardens are cushioned.
The Air-Liner cross-section keeps the tyre´s contact patch fluid and flexible, but also increases lateral stability by reinforcing the sidewalls.
Technology.
A high-density polymer structure gives the Air-Liner MTB all the qualities of a good shock absorber:it mutes noise and accelerates under high impact, which increases ride comfort and prevents rim shocks.
It also acts as an anti-puncture device for up to one hour if punctured and has an installation life of 2000 hours.
The cross-section of the insert is compatible with all tubeless valves, keeps the tread alive and reinforces lateral stability.
The Air-Liner is compatible with all tubeless and tubeless mountain bike tyres and ammonia-free sealant.
