Description
Module linking capabilities of the Protocol Z-Wave and Arduino board. Compatible with the popular Arduino Nano, it has a ATmega microcontroller with installed bootloader. This means that it can be programmed throughthe Arduino IDE development environment using available libraries. The plate containsa USB-UART converter, which allows to program the module by connecting itdirectly to the computer USB port.
The module has a microcontroller, and is equipped with 26 digital inputs/outputs, 5 of which can be used as PWM outputs (e.g. for controlling motors) and 4 as analog inputs. The system works with the signal ticking with the frequency of 16 MHz. The module also has a microUSB port, a RESET button and a user's button.
The manufacturer provides aguide for installingdrivers for the Arduino IDE.
Programming
Creating and installing software is enabled in the free development Arduino IDE environment. Implemented bootloader allows you to send program directly through the USB cable. A detailed description can be found inthe tutorial.
