It starts with the material: the particularly dimensionally stable stainless steel is perfectly processed in the ZWILLING Pro series kitchen tools. The functional parts are firmly glued, making the cheese slicer extremely stable and durable. Because the steel is partly matte, a nice contrast between the high-gloss and matte parts is visible.
