The Challenger - Single Origin Bubs Brew was meticulously crafted by selecting the highest quality specialty Fair Trade Organic green coffee beans from the Mexico Chiapas region. Mexico coffee beans have distinct flavors and have really become popular in specialty coffee over the last 5 years, This region is one of our favorites because of the robust flavor, growing climate and traceability. Roasted in Southern California; we developed and mastered the combination of time and temperature to perfection. This process showcases the highest quality Mexican coffees and pays homage to Bubs connections to the region. The result is Bubs second coffee, The Challenger - Single Origin. Enjoy!

Bubs Brew is the first ever Whole 30 Approved coffee. We test to be free of Yeast, Mold and Aflatoxins at an accredited third-party lab. 

This coffee is Fairtrade certified, traded, audited, and sourced from Fairtrade producers, total 100%. 



Suggested use

Brew great coffee. Always use filtered/purified water. Store beans in this resealable bag, in a cool dry location. Grind beans for your preferred brewing method.

Coarse Grind: French Press/Flat Filter/Cold Brew-1 Tbsp (5g) of coffee per 4 fluid az (120 mL) of water.

Fine Grind Espresso: Cone Filter (pour over) Espresso-2 Tbsp (10g) of coffee per 6 fluid oz (180 mL) of water.
